Food Capital is a tranquil and capacious all-day-dining and buffet restaurant by the riverside in Singapore. The restaurant presents guests with an array of indulgent delights with the main island counter; featuring the Patisserie and the Seafood-on-Ice section taking the centre stage. Food Capital’s main dining area consists of full-height floor to ceiling glass windows, providing ample lighting while creating a warm and welcoming ambience for guests along with the scenic view of the Singapore River. Popular selections among diners include the Canadian Snow Crab Leg, Chilean Scallop, Oven Roasted Chicken, Australian Beef Rib Eye with Red Wine Jus and many more local favourites, served from the variety of stations around the buffet line. Not to be missed are also the crowd favourites – Fresh Sashimi and Signature Laksa. We came for the Mother's Day Sunday Brunch. We totally enjoyed the dining experience. Everything was perfect. Excellent selection of food with top quality. We do not think there is a better priced dining experience in Singapore than we had in Food Capital. Please keep up the standard and we will definitely visit again.

Overall, it is a good place to dine in and enjoy the views. The oysters are a bit too salty for my taste. Food variety can be more for the price charged. The hot chocolate is a must try here.

Huge legs snow crabs , Boston lobsters , oysters , foie gras , wide spread of deserts , 18 stations of delicious appetising grills , chilli crabs , giant grouper , sashimi .. so many more. Value for money , food were really tasty and fresh. My list of top 3 buffet restaurant

The live stations are good but those cooked food needs improvement. Best is the fish soup and seafood stations. Sashimi is not bad but chef is cutting too slow and the queue is long. Ice cream is amazing.

We have been dining there for for different occasions for many years, the food didn't change, although not many choices as before, but yesterday was quite pleasant and the staff were friendly to offer us a small piece of birthday cake free when I asked how much they charged for a cake for my friend; and the front desk staff Sally was friendly and helpful with smiling at her face all the time. Overall, it's a quite unforgettable and happy dining experience for my 72 years old friend.

Nice ambience, a variety of food & pastries with drinks like tea & coffee. Staff are attentive, friendly, and approachable. Dirty utensils are clear fast. This is my 1st time having the buffet there with my family & they're impressed. They also have complimentary carpark coupon. With the discount of 50%, we don't mind to come back again.
